You might want to think about having a real cake stashed somewhere, just in case the mother-to-be was looking forward to a piece of real cake!

Try filling some small baby bottles with pastel colored mint candies, and taping cute place cards to them at each guest's seat. Larger baby bottles can also become vases with silk flowers in them and be placed on the table and throughout the party room.
